The components in the reagent will not bind to the silica gel membrane or the surface of the magnetic beads during the nucleic acid extraction and purification process, so it will not affect the extraction efficiency of the nucleic acid or the purity of the extracted nucleic acid, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of the downstream viral nucleic acid detection results. Nucleic acid scavengers can be used to remove RNA from the surfaces of cargo packaging cartons, foam boxes, plastics and plastic films, and can also be used to remove DNA and RNA from laboratory countertops.
